| Description: | Seems the API as described in https://gelbooru.com/index.php?page=help&topic=dapi has been restricted to public access without an API key. This apparently breaks some services like reverse image lookup site iqdb: https://iqdb.org/?status=1 has been failing to add new gelbooru images for 52 days now. It'd be incredibly useful if this got fixed. API seems to work fine with an API key though. |

| This is intentional, not a bug. Due to rampant abuse that was frequently pushing our infrastructure to its limits, in some cases deliberately and maliciously, using our API now requires an API key. |
