Now Viewing: yakumo_yukariTag type: Character An often seen and referenced Touhou character, Yukari is the youkai of boundaries. She is a blonde woman who wears a purple dress and a mob_cap, and is often seen with an umbrella. She is often drawn as being quite busty. She is a laid-back and seemingly quite lazy youkai who spends a lot of time sleeping. However, her ability to manipulate virtually any boundary one can think of, even abstract boundaries, makes her potentially one of the most powerful characters in the series. She is also an intelligent youkai who has been involved in many complex world-changing schemes. She was first introduced in Perfect_Cherry_Blossom as the sleepy mistress of Yakumo_Ran and is also a special bonus boss. Her boss fight is one of the longest in the series and possibly one of the longest battles in a shoot-em-up game, lasting around 10-15 minutes. During Imperishable_Night Yukari teams up with Hakurei_Reimu to find those responsible for the fake moon. In Immaterial_and_Missing Power she actually sings her way from battle to battle stealing everyone's sake, wine, and brandy. Even right from the shrine's altar... however, this is all part of her strategy to save the day. Somehow. She is voiced by Endo_Aya in Koumajou_Densetsu_2.
