It was designed by Miura_Yoshitaka. It is a playable character from Sonic_R and in the Sonic fandom, is notably one of the most enduring aspects of said game besides its soundtrack. Although Sonic R is a lighthearted game with no real horror elements, the Tails Doll's design is often regarded as surprisingly creepy and uncanny valley. This has led to it inspiring many Sonic creepypastas from fans. It had made appearances in Sonic Archie Comics and has a small cameo in Sonic Superstars.
