The first season was released on December 28, 2023, and part 2 was released on September 4, 2025. It was directed by Ogawa Iku and written by Doki Harumi. The characters were designed by Uesugi Tadahito. For its opening themes, the series hired a veteran singing couple famous for their work in the city pop genre, Takeuchi_Mariya (1st season) and Yamashita Tatsuro (Part 2). This series is unique amongst the Pokemon franchise for having its main cast consist of working adults and for being a laid-back slice of life work comedy. It focuses on Haru, a hardworking young woman who has become burnt out by her old job. After leaving it, she moves to an island resort that acts as a vacation spot for Pokemon and their trainers to take on a new job, being a concierge. Moving to this new environment still causes Haru some stress as she tries to adjust to the island's different working pace and learns the ropes of concierge work. She is also paired with a Psyduck who struggles to control its psychic powers. But as Haru gets used to her new environment, she steadily finds herself growing in confidence, developing a newfound passion in helping others.
