Tag type: General

A petticoat that is shorter than the hem of a skirt or dress. It's usually not visible unless it's seen from_below, such as in an upskirt shot; because of a skirt_lift/dress_lift or something similar.

For the purposes of Gelbooru slips are tagged as chemise and with slip_showing if they're visible underneath the skirt/dress. (For example post #3359522). Additionally, when a petticoat is showing, this tag is used.
